person who actually has an opportunityto do that and can't because he has a pre-existing condition and ifhe moved to the new company he gets a new insurance company and thatyour insurance company will say well we don't governing as do the pre-existingcondition and so you know americans have beenafraid to change jobs for the last couple decades as the insurancecompanies started really really playing this game serious and now they can play that game anymoreso that's going to mean that more people

will feel feel free to say you know take this job and shove it i'm gonna gosomeplace else or i'm gonna go out and start my own business and ann arbor get a brand new healthinsurance policy from the exchange it's gonna be cheaper and they can'td-ninety because a pre-existing condition when americans figure that out that it'sgonna become easier to be an entrepreneur is going to be easier tobecome a small business person it's gonna be easier for smallbusinesses to shop around for new
